1. Order Processing
Once you place an order on our website, we aim to process it within 5 – 7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, and other factors. You will receive an email confirmation with your order details once your order has been processed.
2. Shipping Methods
We offer standard shipping services for all orders, with delivery times ranging from 24 to 48 business hours. Expedited shipping options may be available for an additional fee. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and selected shipping method.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery and estimate the arrival date. Please note that tracking information may take up to 36 hours to be updated after your order has shipped.
4. Shipping Restrictions
We currently only ship within India. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. If you have any questions about shipping to your location, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
